How to create an email account in your control panel (CWP)

To create an email account in CWP:

  1. Log in to CWP at YOURdomain.com:2083 (Make sure to enter full secure link like https://yourdomain.com:2083). Example our domain is niport.co.za so we'd enter https://niport.co.za:2083 to log into our control panel.
  2. Look for Email Accounts-> Email Accounts
  3. Click the Add a New MailBox button
  4. Enter the desired name, choose your domain and password (CWP automatically generates a password for you, but you can overwrite it)
  5. Click the Add button. The new email account will be created and you will see it on the list.
  6. To access the webmail interface(Roundcube) go to Email Accounts->Roundcube Webmail

Your control panel log in credentials were sent to you on signup. If you're not sure where to find them ask us to email them to you once more.
